    昨天去投篮

    做实验间歇的3个小时时间,刚好赶上傍晚,又没什么心思吃饭,干脆决定去练练投篮。本打算到室外球场随便玩玩儿就算了,但整个室外场被占领,一群人在打全场,于是跑到健身房,打算刺激一下上肢肌肉。到gym以后,发现室内场灯是亮的,于是抱着篮球冲了进去,安安静静,只有我一个人,球和地板撞击声和鞋底和地面的摩擦声显得特别大。
     
    训练内容很简单,不同点的3分跳投,每投进10个带球支字型跑一次全场来回,运用各种变向,左手运球为主,保证接下来的投篮是在体力稍有不足时进行的,模拟赛场状态。目标是1小时投进100个为止。前面还行,直到60个时,出手准备时间明显长了很多,上臂开始有不稳的感觉,手对球的控制也不够好。到第70多个,竟然发现左腿股四头肌有拉伤的感觉,ft,没这么弱吧。但不幸的是好像确实是拉伤,不是普通的抽筋而已,无奈下不敢将剩下的20多个投完就草草结束。也许是准备活动做得不够充分,太仓促了,哎,不是我的风格呀,怎么能这样就受伤了呢。唯一值得安慰的是,腿受伤表明我投篮的力量来源是正确的。
     
    心想不能这么就算了,于是跑到gym去做力量,因为好长时间没做了,加上刚做完投篮训练血糖较低,决定从20磅开始,二头肌和三角肌为主。整个gym里只有3个人,其中跟我一起在自由重量区的是学校校队的那个小个子投手,Eddie House似的球员。他已经毕业了却还回来坚持锻炼,保持身材,值得学习。近距离看这位Division I的球员,发现他身高确实比较吃亏,大概只有5尺10的样子,上身很强壮。他做二头肌训练用的好像是45磅的哑铃,我最多只用过30磅的,差距呀。本想在自由重量的间隔期间做些握推,但一个哥们占着器械不放,只好做了一些平推。临走时发现管gym的工作人员竟然是我的学生,开玩笑让他给我一个免费的locker,他满口答应,呵呵。
     
    这几天实验做得比较郁闷,一些在特定环境下应该被induced的基因在我做来并没有比正常环境下表达高多少,而且非特意性产物总很不给面子的出现在胶里,改变了各种实验条件还是搞不定那些杂带。希望明天可以管师兄借点儿同位素,用别的方法来看看这些基因们的表达水平。昨天可能是累过头了,11点就躺倒床上,却怎么也睡不着,最后一次看表大概是2点左右。辗转反侧期间不时听到鸡丝同学在她的筐里呼噜呼噜的,向我炫耀她高深的睡眠功能。

    最近也开始打篮球 摸着球好像连它是圆的都不记得了 手感还好 就是跑不动了 估计也是时候减肥了

    对如此的训练条件煞为羡慕,对一小时拿下300分的强度表示佩服!!
